Diamonds & Steel 30 Day Online Returns Policy.
At diamonds & steel our 30 day online returns guarantee means that for any reason you are not happy with the product you have purchased from us you can return it, as long as the product(s) is in its original packaging and unopened. The item(s) must be in the original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact and all tags and labels still attached to the product. PLEASE NOTE, we can only accept the return of opened products that have a mechanical fault or cosmetic fault, unfortunatly returns will not be excepted from use or over use.
Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect products.
If you receive an order you have placed and the product has been damaged in transit, or it includes an incorrect item from your order, please contact us as soon as you receive the order. We will request that you return your product within 14 days of receipt and where necessary we will send you a replacement product as soon as possible once we have received the incorrect/damaged item back.
How to return an unwanted order.
Simply log on to your account and submit a return form within 14 days or receipt which will generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form enabling you to return any unwanted items (please note you will need to print out the RMA form and send back to us with unwanted product/s). Please ensure any unwanted products you return are still in there original packaging and unopened to prevent damage (which may invalidate your refund) please include original delivery slip and approved RMA form inside the box, thank you.
How to return a Faulty Product
You have the right to return a faulty product for a replacement or refund within a reasonable period of time (30 days). Please keep all the information that accompany's the product, as this will be needed by us should there be a fault with any products you purchase. In the unlikely event that you purchase a faulty product, please log on to your account and submit a returns form and follow the instructions. Once the return has been approved you will be issued with an RMA form which you will need to print out and send back to us inside of the box, please wrap the product back up securely in its original packaging and return it to us. Also ensure if in the event it is a mechanical failure please clean any products before returning to us. On return please ensure you include the original delivery slip and approved RMA form.
PLEASE NOTE: ensure you have followed all operational instructions correctly for your product before returning.
Refunds & Exchanges
We aim to issue an exchange or full refund (excluding the delivery charge of the original order) as quickly as possible please allow up to 10 days from the receipt of your return.
We also recommend that you send your return recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held accountable for any returns missing in the post.
